Sowing joy in the hearts of children from vulnerable strata is the objective pursued by the VISSIN Foundation, by initiating the « Children’s Christmas » project. As announced, the second edition of this great solidarity meeting actually took place in the afternoon of Monday December 23, 2019, at the private primary school « Les Saints Anges » in Wibatin in the district of Sékou. The protected persons of the VISSIN Foundation lived a magic moment with the Executive Director Gloria TEKA, her collaborators, the teaching staff of the said school, as well as the parents of the beneficiaries. The fun games, cadences and children music foot steps under the rhythmic atmosphere, the distribution of the gifts and the meal were the highlights of this edition.
Each child present at this event benefited from a packaging of toys. A strong gesture from the Foundation, in this case from President Serge VISSIN who spared no effort for the success of the celebration.
The Executive Director, in her remarks, did not fail to remind parents of their role for a better future for their children.
Recognizing the scope of this solidarity action, the parents of the children expressed their gratitude to the VISSIN Foundation. They invited President Serge VISSIN to continue this momentum of brotherhood. Something promised by the first manager of the executive team, Gloria TEKA, while giving an appointment for the 2020 edition.
