In the context of increased performance in the activities of the VISSIN Foundation and its executive body, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Serge VISSIN, has retained the services of a Special Advisor. Mr. Adébiyi Alban Gaspard Kolawolé BALOGOUN, since it is about him, is also the Special Representative of the President of the Foundation in Benin.

Specialist in social issues, the main task of the person concerned is to advise the PCA on all the acts of everyday life in the management of the organization, in particular on the sociology of the various partners of the Foundation. Also, he will carry out missions of control and advice towards the executive team.

From his academic course, it appears that the new special adviser holds a Masters in Sociology-Anthropology. A close-up on his professional career reveals that he had to prove himself professionally at the Department of Family, Childhood and Adolescence of the Ministry of the Family. With this very enriching experience, Mr. BALOGOUN will contribute to achieving the objectives of the Foundation, thanks to his expertise in the field of childhood.
