The VISSIN Foundation, following the logic of effectively carrying out its actions for the benefit of the most vulnerable, has revitalized its executive team. Indeed, a new Executive Director has now taken the reins for the administrative management and the conduct of the various projects of the Foundation. It is about Gérard Hugues GOUTHON, Andragogue of his State and Administrator of Social and Cultural Action. This specialist in community and human development, as well as in the management of organizations will have as main missions: the internal administration of the Foundation, planning, seeking funding, coordination, control and implementation of the whole activities of the Foundation.

A zoom on the career of the interested party makes us discover that he is an experienced in the field of social organizations. Gérard H. GOUTHON holds a Doctorate in Andragogy, a Research Master in Human Development and a Masters in Community Development. He has worked in several non-governmental organizations and institutions. Several times project supervisor, responsible for the design of strategic plans, including the development and monitoring of project management tools and many other responsibilities, our new Executive Director presents a very busy list of experiences. He is determined to use his assets to the benefit of the Foundation for the achievement of its objectives. The whole team welcomes him and wishes him every success in his missions.
