FOR A MASTERY OF RIGHTS AND DUTIES, THE VISSIN FOUNDATION LAUNCHES THE SECTION: LEGAL COFFEE
Dear unconditional subscribers of the VISSIN Foundation Facebook page, we are opening a new instruction section for you. As you already know, the Foundation has several departments within it, which work for the rooting and integral development of the organization and therefore for the full development of its loyal subscribers that you constitute. Thus, in order not to remain on the sidelines of this policy, the Department of Democracy and Human Rights, through the legal affairs service, has decided, for the well-being of all, to create and animate weekly (every Wednesday) its very first section entitled “Legal Coffee ”.
This new section will be exclusively devoted to the publication of certain provisions considered important and appearing in the texts of laws in force in the Republic of Benin.
The objective is to make us aware of these legal texts in order to make each of us new citizens mastering his rights and duties.
Ignorance is the first fatality of human. And to overcome this fatality, we will have to banish it from our ranks by making way for the « legal light ». As the saying goes: « No one is supposed to ignore the law. » This justifies the idea of creating the said section.
Thank you for following us from your home, from everywhere and for relaying our various publications in this direction around you.
Jesukpégo Elie GBEDEMAKOU, Legal Advisor of the VISSIN Foundation, Director of the Human Rights Department and in charge of relations with institutions
